Unfortunately, Subway generally does not adhere to animal welfare standards in the area of ​​chicken fattening and I would like to criticize that. It would be possible to implement the standards that require minimal animal welfare anyway. I would be very happy if the group would finally support and implement more animal welfare. The chicken comes from the cruel chicken fattening, as Subway does not want to join the broiler chicken initiative - unlike many other manufacturers. That doesn't work for me at all !!

Unfortunately, no animal welfare standards are implemented, I do not eat horrible fattened chicken meat.

If you go to the shop yourself it is a great shop with delicious food and very friendly staff, but if you have something delivered you don't get half of it and the food was even cold and not toasted, although it was ordered roasted, and I wasn't just missing that extra cheese I didn't even have the normal cheese on my sub I'm really disappointed ?

Unfortunately, regularly too little meat / fish topping, e.g. Tuna (1 spoon instead of 2 on the 15 cm sub) and the spoon with steak meat are also not really full. Can often only say after 1/3 of the sub whether it is with a meat or fish topping, because so little on the sub ... Sorry, but I've known Subway since its time before it expanded to Germany, as well as many different subways in D. And only with this one is regularly saved on the pads (with different employees). That has a method!

I thought Pinocchio is the largest juice shop in Ratzeburg but they have just been replaced at the top. Ordered food around 7 p.m. with a waiting time of 55 minutes, so far ok. Around 8 p.m. I get the message that the food will be there soon. Around 20:15 we called and asked where the driver was staying. The lady on the phone said to me that it will be there soon and that the driver has to deliver 3 more orders. We called again around 9 p.m. The lady on the phone said to me that he had to go to Mölln and the surrounding area with the order .... then the question comes why he doesn't deliver first in Ratzeburg but first drives 9Km to Mölln and then back to something in Ratzeburg to deliver. PS the food never arrived

The staff is overwhelmed. Waiting times are long. Employees who probably spend their free time there, because they are behind the counter, talking on the loudspeaker. Everyone gets everything. What shoud that? And the music is pretty special. Not for the masses. That's how you scare customers away. An all around bad experience.

Standing 10 minutes in front of the staff, no one else in the shop. No hello, no "takes a little moment". Upon request, it was "Lieferando comes first". Staff pampers each other. Hardly any bread left. I understand a stressful day, but how you wear it outside makes all the difference. Rude, not guest oriented. Then I went out again after the employee said that he had to finish further orders before I was allowed to order.
